R52 million plot of land in the Cape comes with insane views, and a catch

Nestled within the pristine confines of the Table Mountain National Park Marine Protected Area, Partridge Point beckons as a 2.8-hectare haven of natural splendour in Smitswinkelbaai at a cost of R52 million.

For those wondering about their monthly bond, that's a mere R563,528 over many, many years.

This extraordinary enclave is the final private holding within the reserve, and has recently undergone meticulous bush clearing to restore its innate beauty by eradicating invasive species.

Pam Golding Properties says it seeks a custodian committed to environmentally conscious practices for this meticulously curated conservancy, crafted over 18 years.

The estate agency noted that permission has been granted to erect Four eco-friendly dwellings, each with a 125m² footprint and a total under-roof size of 175m² on the identified site. The existing structure, occupying arguably the most prime location, is one of the four, it said.

According to Pam Golding Properties, Partridge Point is hailed as a premier snorkelling and diving destination with depths ranging from 13 to 26 metres and underwater visibility averaging 5-10 meters and reaching as far as 20 meters on exceptional days.

"The sites are primed and permissions from relevant authorities secured. The land is held within a company structure, offering a share block as part of the acquisition. Our dedicated area specialists are eager to guide you through the diverse options and limitless potential this sanctuary offers," said Pam Golding.
